The concept of FLOW encompasses each movement and decision in my every day life. Most personal lessons of FLOW come from being surrounded by the element of water in the vast Pacific through hydrodynamic surf craft. However, I'm truly inspired by the flight of the Pelican, back country snowboarding, and fluid pool skateboarders. FLOW is not limited to particular activities, it is also a state of mind that sheds anxiety like water from a Hull. Explore the concepts of FLOW and I hope your day is filled with smiles.
